- Sign in Gmail.
- In the top right corner of Gmail, click Settings (gear icon).
- Press Settings tab.
- Go to the “Conversation View” section.
- Now Click to Select Conversation view on (email messages will be grouped) or Conversation view off (emails won’t be grouped).
- At the bottom of the Gmail page, press Save Changes.
